Just spent twenty minutes waiting in the store while the two reps here are obviously understaffed because they only had two customers each. Thumbs down...

*Buyer Beware* I thought this store was awesome the first time I visited. First impressions don't always hold true. My phone died and wouldn't power on. I went in to see if I could get a loaner phone until my other came in (my phone was, at the time, just a few months from purchase). The manager told me I could get ANY phone because I had JUMP. I couldn't neloeve it but was elated. As I waited for him to process the phone I chose, he turned the musoc up on a speaker. The speaker was $49. He asked if I liked the music that was being broadcast from it.I told him, "Yeah! But I'm not buying one!" He said he'd give me one for $49 due to a promotion they were running. I told him I'd still pass because there was "some catch" like paying monthly service fees. He told me that there weren't. I said well then, ok. As we waited even further I began talking about my son's phone which was stolen. He.said he had compassion for me and will throw im another one. By this time, I'm asking him if I was on "Candid Camera". He assured me I wasn't. I asked if some thievery was going on. He told me there wasn't. He said my bill would not change and threw in another one. (Now, I'm at 3 speakers). Fast forward 4 months, I notice my data was beimg used quickly ??? I had 20 gigs. How could this happen? Well, when, supposedly, giving me the speakers for $49 (in which I thought was veey strange but thought they were being discontinued or something), I noticed my gigs went down from 20 to 10 and my plans had been changed. I'm also being charged for these speakers for 2 years. I hadnt noticed much of a change on my bill whereas it's a family plan and my children weren't using their phones s much as I was. Upon discovering this, I was not a happy camper. *Buyer Beware*
