  This is based on service provided from initial/follow up phone contact. I was contacted by Jason last month, in response to Thumbtack request to remove overgrowth of weeds, vines and shrubbery. He was very responsive to what I was needing and what the company could do; understanding it was only a one time need he did not push me to do more than I wanted and offered exceptional price for treating lawn. I recontacted him and he again took time to cover thoroughly what would be done, there was no change in pricing or no contract commitment/one at a time basis with one free followup and potential for 3rd treatment if needed at same pricing. There did seem to be lack of cohesiveness between those in field and office personnel; was called wrong name and given a husband I didn't have and quoted wrong address, when I was transferred to lady who was to obtain contact/scheduling information. Awaiting appointment for first treatment and chalking that up to just a busy day.
